How do I track an order?
Once we ship your order, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Be sure to check your spam folder or other filters if you don't see the email.
How do I return or refund an order?
Please print out a return order label from your order page. Depending on the item, the return shipping may be free or cost a set amount.
Are your packages insured?
Whether a package is insured or not depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Do you offer gift options for orders?
Sauna Style does not offer any official gift wrapping service at this time. However, we would love to work with you to try create the gift experience that you're imagining. Extra charges may apply. Contact us at sales@saunastyle.ca to let us know what you have in mind!
